Coronavirus Update 18th December 2020

Due to the increased infection rates of Covid-19 we have decided to close all our offices and ask our office staff to work from home.

We would like to Reassure our customers that service and logistics teams will continue to provide and maintain the normal high standards of service to our customers. We will attempt remote assistance where possible but site visits will still be conducted with our customers co-operation, ensuring continued safe working practices are maintained.

Our sales teams are safely working either from home , to assist our current clients and those new clients who may need our help and guidance through these troubled times. Whether you need new equipment for home use, software to control costs or assistance in managing and adjusting your current agreements. Direct-Tec continue to provide all customers and potential clients with the high standard of service expected from a reliable supplier.
